We have had such issues with this company. Such nice people though which makes it easy to give them business, but just be careful. It was almost impossible to get in contact, they wouldn't return several calls for several weeks at at time. They would say they would be out at a certain time and never show, no phone call, nothing! Just a quick 1 min. phone call to tell us they wouldn't make it would bring their ratings up. Terrible customer service! Took a month at times to get them back out after a no- call, no-show. Now, there is a leak in the irrigation, let's see how this goes.....
Pros: Nice people, decent job once finally completed
Cons: Terrible Customer Service!!!
