Paul is some piece of work. He is a complete liar. His poor installation and inability to follow through on his promises to fix the problems have cost me a lot of $. He is the worst kind of contractor because he is just too ""nice"" to tell you the truth. The truth is this: He doesn't give a bleep. He got his money so he is moving on. He will tell you whatever you want to hear. Leave him voicemails, call him all you want, eventually you will have to hire someone else to finish what he started.\r \r I waited a long tim to write this and gave him the benefit of the doubt, but I don't want others to go through the same song and dance he has been leading me on for 6 MONTHS. The irony of this whole situation is that fixing the problem would have taken him about 2-4 hours and I would have happily written him a great review. What he did to me, and others I see, is the same things a stealing. I'd sue him, but he isn't worth the time. more

I went with the cheaper, small town business-which I regret now. After rescheduling the initial estimate and start date (since they didn't show up), I was very displeased with the sloppy install of the leaf guard system, and with a portion of the gutters. I called 4 times to have them fix the gutter in no avail. Every day I look at my gutters upset that I didn't see these reviews first and that there were no complaints with the BBB. more

One of my neighbor's recommended Paul, the owner of All American Gutter. He said Paul did a good job at a fair price. What my neighbor failed to mention, is that Paul would not show up to install the gutters on the day we both agreed upon. more

I am very saddened to write this review. I have been very patient with Paul (the owner) and have given him a lot of opportunities to fix things, but he does not answer his phone or respond to voicemails. I had gutter work done by him back in the beginning of July. There were a few things left undone. He said that he would fix it, and it took him honestly a month of false promises that he would come back to finish the job (he had already been paid). He promised me a $50.00 gift card for all of the trouble I went through, and one month later---I still have not received it. He will promise you whatever you want to hear, and never follow through. I have called him multiple times a day---and he never answers my calls or responds to my voicemails. I'm sure he is avoiding me and hoping that I give up. If you do catch him, he will say---I'll have it to you on ______day. But will he follow through? NOPE! Not in my experience! My advice-either don't go though him, or don't expect much if you do. Though the gutter work he did was good, the headache of the horrible service is NOT WORTH IT! Take your business elsewere! -Tamara more

Dealing with Paul (owner) was abitter sweet experience. He did a good job with the initial install but did not supply long enough down spout extensions like he promised. The water drains right into the landsacping area creating a washout in several areas. He said he would come back and provide the extensions the next day after he finished and was paid. Well, I haven't seen him since he was paid. I called him twice and was PROMISED that he had the extensions and would be there that day to put them on. Still haven't seen him 3 weeks after he was paid. Nice guy but not any different than alot of other contractors that get paid before the job is completed. Promises promises but not action!!! more
