Prior to contacting All Air, I had called a few other Air and Heating Companies. I was provided with insane estimates (Service Charge, travel fee and charging for usage of the detection device) one company was charging $250 for the use of the electronic leak device. The device doesn’t even cost that much. Isn’t finding the problem called “diagnostics” why would anyone charge a customer for the usage of a device that is going to make the job easier? \r
I called All Air and spoke with Mark, he provided me with a responsible service call fee (which included finding the problem). He came out the same day and it took him 30 minutes to find the leak using the old school bubble method. Mark was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly HONEST. I respect the fact that everyone needs to make money but no one want to feel like their being taken advantage of. \r
