All About You Tanning Studio

If you live or work in the Indian Trail area and are looking for a great place to tan, then All About You is this place for you! I went in there today and their prices are exceptional! The employee that helped me was named Ashley and she was very knowledgable in terms of the beds, lotions, and the correct time that I should go in order to not burn. I was a little hesitant because she reccommended only 6 minutes, but I noticed the brown color rather then a red color, which is what I usually get my first time tanning. The customer service was exceptional! The salon is very clean, and the beds are honestly the nicest that I have ever been in. There is no where else in the Indian Trail/Monroe/Matthews area that I would reccommend more then All About You! Try them out and you will see that you are getting more then what you paid for! This place is great if you're looking to get the perfect tan! The staff is super friendly and was very helpful answering any questions I had. They have a wonderful selection of lotions to choose from, and the price on the packages are very reasonable. The complimentary free tan helps you to make your decision of whether or not they have good beds, which they do. I love the level 3 bed, it really darkens your face! I went into All About You because I was going on a cruise and wanted to get a base tan before then. I was a little nervous, because I had shopped around and the prices were outrageous! I went into All About You and there was a very friendly associate named Ashley who answered all my questions without hesitation. She discussed with me that she did not want me to burn and to start slow to see the best results. She even gave me a free packet of inexpensive lotion and let me try the bed out for free. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to geniunely care about my tanning expierence. I went into a Level 1 bed, and it was very clean. They have free baby wipes to use in the rooms to freshen up, which other places do not have. I would reccomend this place to anyone who is wants a great tan for a good price! I do not know about the bank draft, but if that is a problem then just do month to month like I did. I experienced no problems and will continue to come to this tanning studio! Signed up for their month unlimited bank draft. I was told if I gave them a 30 day notice I could cancel. I gave them my 30 day notice in January , now it's July and they are still trying to draft me. Management & staff have not wanted to help at all! I was a customer for over 2 years and that means nothing to them. I would only suggest them if you like to get screwed out of money. Poor customer service! Poor management! Poorly run business! I went tanning at All About You Tanning Studio and it was the best experience i ever had. It was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I got an AMAZING tan because of the wonderful bronzing lotion an employee suggested for me. This is the BEST investment i have ever made and anyone could ever make. I want to apply for a job there and work with the friendly warm inviting staff. THIS PLACE IS A MUST GO! I LOVE ALL ABOUT YOU! I just love All About You! The staff is uncommonly friendly, they go out of their way to answer your questions. My first time was free and the bed was extra clean compared to the other salons I have been to in the area! I don't know what these people below me are talking about, All About You is the best! I recommend it to all of my friends! While sometimes there is a wait, it just shows that people want to go there and the environment is so fun to be in, you don't mind waiting to go tanning. Do not tan here,it is AWEFUL, they are only nice to you when you are spending money! When I went back I has to wait an hour and a half for a bed & it was DIRTY, when asking for my money back I was refused ( over $100). RUN in the other direction! This tanning salon was one of a kind until the change in ownership! Not only has the atmosphere changed, the employees are inadequate. The great employees who made this business a plus has been let go. Now we are paying for a lot less than we deserve. I suggest business go elsewhere! more
