Best pool service ever! 9/13/2016

Chris has been taking care of our pool and spas. He is professional, efficient, honest, hard working, and reasonably priced. He dies an excellent job and always with a smile. He is easy to contact and always willing to help. We highly recommend Chris for all you pool/spa needs. In fact, he deserves more than 5 stars! more

Great experience 8/29/2016

We have been using All About Pools for a while now. We have them come in once a week to clean our pool. They always show up on time and get right to work. I have been very happy with their service and I plan to continue to use All About Pools in the future. Their prices are very reasonable for a pool cleaning service and the pool technicians are very nice, polite and professional. I will and have recommend them to any family or friends who may be looking for a pool cleaning service. Great experience. more

My pool looks great thanks to Chris 1/21/2016

Chris Ferguson at All About Pools is great. He's been servicing my pool for five years and I'm very happy with what he does. Chris takes care of everything and make sure everything is cleaned out in my pool. He changes the filter 2-3 times a year and takes care of the pool when it becomes dirty or green because of the algae. I recommend Chris because of his dependability and prompt service. more

Excellent experience. 1/7/2016

We had All About Pools coming out to our house for about five or more years. They did pool maintenance, cleaning and repairs and they came on holidays or whenever we needed them. They always got the pool looking excellent whenever we had any kind of gathering. We have since moved but I would still be using them if I were in the area. more

Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. All the service has been perfect.When Chris comes out he always does a great job. We have had several people over the years and once we found Chris and All About Pools 8-10 years ago we haven't looked back and won't let him go. He does a great job diagnosing any small issues that come up and if he can't fix it he can quickly get someone out who can. I have recommended them to my son and his friend who are now using his service as well. That's the best thing I can say about them. more

In the past for our pool, we used to do all the services and repairs ourselves. After the kids went to college, I didn't want to do it anymore so I hired All About Pools. Chris is a vendor who I can call up that will get the job done in one phone call. Our pool looks better now than it has ever been. All About Pools does a phenomenal job! more

Very reliable, dependable! 11/19/2015

I love the service Chris provides for All About Pools. He has serviced both of our pools for about 15 years now. The newest pool, which is 15 years old has been serviced by Chris since the day it was built into the ground. Whenever we need anything, we give him a call and he responds quickly. We have never had a problem with him and his prices are fair! more

Great all-around pool service 8/20/2015

Chris at All About Pools has been my pool cleaner for ten years or more. He does everything pool service requires, from changing filters and sweepers to making repairs. He services everything I need and anticipates problems I don't know to ask about. I have used four pool services over twenty five plus years I have had a pool, but Chris has been with us the longest. He is very professional and willing to meet customer needs within reason. I recommend All About Pools for any service. more

We've used All About Pools for several years. Everything they do comes out great. The owner has excellent customer service, and anything we ask them to do, they take care of. The price point is fair, and we have no desire to check the market for another provider. more

I've had other companies come out to service my pool before and they were just horrible. One of them even did some damage. At that point, we had All About Pools out to fix it, and Chris did a great job. I've been a customer of theirs for about a year, and in addition to fixing the damage, they maintain the pool and keep it clean. They are a high quality, dependable business. more

Excellent people! All About Pools has absolutely wonderful people, especially Chris, the owner. Chris is the one who helps me out, and he's the one who advised me to have salt instead of chlorine in the pool. My grandkids enjoy the pool even better now that we don't have to worry. Chris comes over every week to clean out the pool, and it always turns out excellent. Besides cleaning, he also fixes the pool. Everything I've done with him has been real prompt, and not expensive at all. When you call All About Pools you get people who are very honest, prompt, clean, and serviceable. more

Super reliable, great pool service! 4/22/2015

My experience with All About Pools has been really great! Chris is very responsive if anything is wrong with the pool. He is also very helpful about giving me alternative options, we recently installed a salt system for my pool which I've been really happy with. They have also recently expanded their services to include tile de-scaling in addition to their regular monthly services. They are responsive, helpful, and I would definitely recommend them. The quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend him as a high-quality reliable pool guy for pool service. more

We've been using All About Pools for seven years and they are great. The serviceman, Chris, does all the chemical treatments for our pool and the maintenance work for the filter. He's personable and always shows up on time; simply put, he's very professional. The prices are competitive and we've recommended him numerous times. more

Reasonably priced, good service. 3/6/2015

This was my first time using All About Pools. I had hired him when I broke my foot. He was very pleasant. He would vacuum the pool, pick up the leaves, and check the chemicals. The service was timely, professional, and courteous. Chris is very nice. more

Everyone at All About Pools was incredibly helpful when I called them about a repair I needed in my pool. They came over and fixed the equipment that was having issues right away. Chris is a real professional and I would recommend him to anyone. more

If he's going to be unavailable, he'll send e-mails ahead of time communicating so and I appreciate how responsive he is. The workmanship is top notch and I'd highly recommend them. more
