Safe, clean & great managers! 10/23/2010

I Have been here 2 years & I have stored in the past with other storages who can not compare to all aboard! The prices are lower then most & the storage is always spotless & most of all my wife & I enjoy paying our bill in person so that we can take a few minutes to chat with Sharon & her husband the managers, they are the most friendly helpful people I know, we have recomended several of our friends to them & they too love this place, will be here as long as we need storage!! more

All Aboard Mini Nightmare 4/11/2010

This place is equivalent of a loan shark in the ghetto. They bait you in with all these specials and low prices but the moment you miss a payment they have all these hidden fees and charges that if you slip up once they go for the jugular. Mo and his wife are very rude and conniving people. They harrass you at every turn for payment and when I spoke up for myself and called them pyschotic Jeckel and Hyde loan sharks and threaten to sue them if they sold my stuff for being only 30days late. They had four police units waiting for me with their guns drawn when I went to make my final payment. It turns out they lied and said I threatened to cut them with a knife. I literally was almost mowed down and lost my life over a couple pieces of furniture, a bathub, and a couple of tv stands. I'm thinking about filing a lawsuit for All Aboard managers filing a false police report that nearly got me killed for a $150 balance. These people are Psycho. Good luck people more

some of the staff were incredibly rude 12/6/2007

rented here for about 6 months, and was treated very rudely by "Mo" - the maintenance guy, and several others. For no particularily good reason "Mo" thought he would tell me off. Now, Im not naive about humanity and therefore dont have any particularily high expectations about the kind of person who would want to pant storage locker doors, and dab the occasional yellow paint on the barrier poles - but this was incredible. Perhaps "Mo" is an ex - con or an occasional drug user, I know not, and dont wish to know. Some of the other staffers at the Van Nuys location were also quite rude, and Im therefore unfortunately going to have to give it a poor recommendation. more

Excellent prices, Secure, Accessible 6/8/2005

Shopping for a storage facility that was secure, accessible and not going to cost me a fortune-- and a friend recommmended All Aboard. A great find! helpful and friendly staff always on site, gated, security, alarm system, reasonably priced, and allows for payment to be made by monthly automatic credit card charges... We are about three miles from the Plant which has wonderful shopping & eating. We are only 19 miles from Santa Monica and we get a lot of customers from that surrounding area. We have a secure RV, boat, car and truck parking area that offers extended hours. Our customers include attorneys, doctors and CPA''s who keep the overflow of files secure here. We have party planners who store tables, chairs and party supplies, etc. We have landscapers & construction workers who store tools, etc. We have people from the movie & music industry here as well. We welcome small businesses and with proof of your business, you too can get extended hours. We have people who will only need us a month or two due to remodeling their home, or moving into a new home; we have those who only need an extra closet or garage. We welcome them all!
