I have been using Aliso Viejo Auto Service for four or five years. I go there for both major auto work, like brakes, as well as minor work, such as oil changes. Shane is professional and quick. He has always been Johnny-on-the-spot. Aside from my own car, I have taken my wife's vehicle and my sons' older cars to Shane. Shane would give them advice and they actually listened to him. Additionally, whenever I need minor repair work, like replacing a light bulb, I will often zip up to the store and buy the part and the mechanics at Aliso Viejo will often install it for me as a courtesy, especially if a special tool is required. I have found Shane to be honest and reputable. He will not try to sell you something you do not need. more

We have been going to Shane at Aliso Viejo Auto Service since he started the business, which is at least 3 years. He has always been very honest with us, and I have never felt as though we were being ripped off. We have 4 cars, so he has done a lot of work for us. He always tells me exactly what needs to be done. If I don't understand, he will clearly explain it to me. I am 100% confident that he knows all about cars. If something is specialized and over his head, he will tell us where to see someone else. However, the majority of the time he does our work, and it is good. Even with the estimated time, he is always right on the nose. It really helps me out because I have a family and need to know the timing for my day. I really believe Shane is honest, and the communication at Aliso Viejo Auto Service is very, very good. Great place to get some work done on your car whether it be an oil change or a tune up, you can probably come here and get a reasonable price, much lower than the big name companies are charging in the area. Time wise they are quick and do an excellent, high quality job, which is necessary. Great place. more
