From the moment I walked in the door till the time I picked up my glasses less than 3 business days later - my overall experience was outstanding. Dr. Giampiccolo provided the most compreehensive eye examination I've ever had. Patient, thorough, detailed, inclusive, and caring - I felt that I placed my eye health in the best possible hands. Linda and Lillian at the front were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Randie is AWESOME and helped me to "embrace my glasses-ness" by helping me select the best option for me. Dr. Giampiccolo is flexible, friendly, and full of energy. She has convenient appointments available on Saturdays and late afternoons for those of us who are too busy to make any appointments. During a visit, she takes the time to explain the progression of your eyesight and there are never high-pressure sales tactics attached. In addition, the office staff is so friendly it leaves one feeling that satisfaction is the utmost priority. This is an office of choice. more

I have been going to this optometrist group for a couple of years now and I am pretty pleased with the service. They are organized and the staff is friendly and nice. I was really impressed when I went to pick out some eyeglasses because they had an extensive selection from all of the best designers as well as more affordable options. The person who helped me pick out glasses did an absolutely excellent job finding the right glasses for my face shape which I had no idea how to do and found an awesome pair that I really really love!!!!! more
