On Monday, September 23, 2013, my husband and I passed by a horrific accident where a young man lost control of his motorcycle and died on the scene. When we drove by, I saw the Alice police parked on the shoulder of the highway, along with a highway patrol vehicle and an Ambulance. Now as we passed by the scene, the body of the victim of the accident was barely covered with a small white sheet. His head was sticking out along with his feet. \r

I was repulsed by the fact, the Alice police did not make an effort to cover the deceased body completely. It was so disrespectful and I am still in shock from seeing the body covered in blood and it was apparent he had a lot of blood on his head and torso. I am ashamed to say, we have people like that protecting us. How would you feel if that was your child or brother or father? \r

I hope the Alice Police Department is able to read this, though I know they will not care about my opinion, but by doing this, hopefully people in Alice will speak out when we are being degraded, dead or alive..\r
