My daughter signed up for violin lessons at her elementary school. It did not take me long to see that she needed some extra one on one help with a specialist. My intention was to stay for two or three months to give her a "jump start" but we are starting our third year there now and are very pleased. They have a great rental program and they also sell instruments, accessories and books. They have been very professional every step of the way and my daughter just adores her teacher. She also loves performing in their recitals. We just went to their student appreciation day where we got to see a lot of the teachers perform and we even won one of the door prizes! more

Great school for adults as well as kids 9/25/2009

My son has been taking guitar lessons for about three years here and he is now an exceptional guitarist. I had always wanted to learn piano but thought I was too old. After seeing that this school has a lot of adult students I finally registered. That was about one year ago, and I am very pleased. My teacher is VERY patient and is always encouraging. I only wish i would have signed up sooner. Pros: Was able to schedule lessons for me at same time as my son more

Best Teachers Around 9/14/2009

My son was taking violin at his elementary school and his teacher recommended I go to Alhambra School of Music for private lessons. After one year of lessons he is now first chair in the school orchestra and l know it is because of the excellent instruction his teacher has given him. Pros: Well run school more
