I was looking for a garage door company to install a door and its opener at my house and Alhambra Garage Doors. I had a conversation and he said he'd be out the next day for an estimate and he came out a time we deemed most convenient for me. Once we did that, he gave me a great price that was competitive so we made the date and he installed the door. He showed up on time, performed the work in a timely fashion, and accepted credit as payment on site which was really convenient. more

What I expected 1/30/2014

My son had service done to their garage from Alhambra Garage Doors and recommended them to me so I went with them. They initially repaired my motor for the garage and they did a fine job. It's kind of a wait and see thing for me because it's only been maybe two or three weeks but so far, so good. more

Greg was very flexible in scheduling. He was quite busy, and he managed to work around our schedule to ensure he was able to install the door. The crew he sent out were really nice, solid install guys. They really invested their time well in putting the door in. It's completely transformed our house. more

Great company to work with. 9/7/2012

I found Greg from Alhambra Garage Doors online. I read his reviews and gave him a call based on those. He came out the next day. He did an estimate for me and emailed a copy to me that same day or at least by the next morning. We set up a time for him to come out for the installation. The manufacturer didn't get the door in time, so we had to reschedule, which was fine. Greg came out and did the work in a really quick manner. He is professional and nice and his prices are very reasonable. I'm happy to do this review for him! more

I worked with Alhambra Garage Doors to get a new garage door. They did a good job, all of the work they did was clean. The only problem was they left around 30 small staples that I had to clean, other than that everything was good. more

I went online and did some research. I read reviews and followed links. I found Greg's website for Alhambra Garage Doors. I thought his website was very professional and gave a lot of good information. I also like that he has been in business for a few years. I called him up and he came up and did the bid. Out of the companies I met with, he had the most competitive bid. He was very professional. And his work truck was clean and professional, he even had a computer in there, and was able to print out an immediate estimate for me. Also, he is a very nice guy. He was very good about fixing things a few things that came up and follow-up service. He stands behind his products and uses only top-quality products. For me, that's a win-win situation. The better the products means less problems. I would definitely recommend Greg to anybody! more

Timely, responsive and patient. 9/6/2011

Usually, I consider who my nieghbors are using for this type of work, but this time I found Alhambra Garage Doors on the BBB. I plugged in garage door repair and the zip and Greg's company came up. I stepped out with faith and gave him a try. I felt that Greg was very timely in his response in getting back to us as well as with an estimate. I also felt like he was patient in waiting for our response to his estimate, as we thought about it. He arrived to do the job on time, and worked cleanly and efficient and was done in a timely manner. I'd definitely use him again. more

I was in the market looking for a garage door and I called three or four different companies for an estimate. Alhambra Garage Doors was one of only two companies that actually showed up on the appointed date and time, and they gave me a very comparable quote to everybody else. I like the product and the presentation, so I decided to go with them. They came out a couple of days late and installed it, and it works great. We love the new door! It is of great quality and was a great value. We were very happy with the service. more

My old garage doors where poor quality, and very loud. Also, only one side wasn't even working, and I opened it manually for almost five years. Greg of Alhambra Garage Doors is my neighbor, and I flagged him down one day and asked him to replaced the whole thing for me. I can definitely say that he knows what he is doing, because I watched him work. He also goes very quickly, and can really bang the job out for you. He installed new, insulted doors, new tracks, and new belt-driven motors. Everything looks nice and solid, and I'm happy with the work. When my wife got home the very first day, I didn't even hear her arrive, it was so quite. Also, because of the insulation, I can work in the garage even when it's hot outside and still stay cool. Greg did a good job, and I know he will take care of any problems if they arise. Look Alhambra up in the phone book, and use someone who knows what they are doing. more

Greg from Alhambra Garage Doors is the bomb! He did exactly what he said he would do and I love that door! If I had five more houses, he'd do all the doors for them too. My old garage door was awful. It was falling off the hinges and almost onto my wife's car, which didn't make her too happy. And when we opened or closed it, it would shake the house and sound like an earthquake was going off. It was horrible. We called up Alhambra Garage Doors and Greg came right over. He took measurements. We ordered a door. And he installed it very quickly. He was in and out of there. It's amazing the difference a good door makes! Greg is the most honest construction worker I've ever run across. He's a straightforward guy, he does what he says he'll do and tells you about any issues before working on them to make sure it's okay. If you tell him yes then it's a yes and no is a no. He won't just fix something and then bill you for it. I will definitely use him again! In fact, I give his cards out all the time! Benson Shiner more

Alhambra Garage Doors was great. They were really nice to work with. The installer was very nice and he even came back a couple of times to fix it, because it was kind of a tough job. So, it was great that worked worked extra hard to make it work. Very professional, and really great service! more

All aspects of dealing with Alhambra were excellent. On time for appts., quotes given promptly, described what will happen, good value, left the place super clean. No problems, would gladly use them again and will recommend when possible. more
