Alhambra Bowling Ctr

I went there with my friends and we had a great time. The place looks a little old but it makes you feel good once you're inside. It gives you that feeling of wanting to have fun. Maybe its the people there or the service . The service there is good and the staff is friendly. There was A moment when I was inside the bowling alley that I felt nervous because some people that didn't look so nice walked in but there is this guy that works there that looks like Elvis and when I saw him walking around I felt much better and I enjoyed the rest of my stay there knowing I was safe. I saw and heard that Elvis guy approach and talk to some people playing on the lane next to us that were being rude. That Elvis guy was awesome. He spoke to them firmly but still polite. He let those guys know that he was in charge and that he wanted them to cooperate with him in making all the customers in the bowling alley feel comfortable and safe.He also told them that he wanted them to have A good time too. After that those guys changed their behaviors and the bowling alley went back to having that safe feeling and that good energy that makes people just want to have a good time. Im glad that the Elvis guy is there. I wonder if he is single . more

This is a good bowling alley if you're looking for some fun, not necessarily the best bowling experience ever or to have a professional atmosphere. It has a good crowd of teenagers and families, and the prices aren't bad. There are food places nearby so if you get hungry you can always go next door. Overall it is a good place to go for some entertainment! more

ABC bowling in alhambra is a pretty good bowling ally.. they have almost everything you would want at an bowling ally... The prices are fair at around 5-7 bucks a person for 1 game.. including shoe rental... But the downside is the broken old arcades they have... if they had better arcade games, it would be a better bowling ally... more

I did not have a good experience in this place. The place was loud, the prices are cheap though. That's the only upside to it. But the people were loud, the place was rowdy, I saw a lot of high school classmates there, and appreantly that's where all the kids bowl at Alhambra. It was so bad that I just wanted to go home and watch cartoons. And I do not even like watching cartoons. So there you have it, and the service was slow. more

The lanes here look like they are bad condition, that is not to say that your balls will not go straight although it may seem like it, and look rather dull compared to other bowling centers. The balls are not organized by weight so if you are looking for a specific weight you must pick up each ball off the rack and inspect it yourself. As bad as I made this center sound, it isn't so bad once you get used to it. They often have cheap prices during the day and weekday and parking is easy despite the small lot. If you are looking for a drink you can walk outside and get tapioca milk tea from Quickly's for $1.06. more

This bowling place is okay. It's not that great. The service is not that great. The good thing is it's not that expensive. It's an okay place to go to. If you want to hang out with friends, you can hang out with them right here. And they have a lot of teenagers over there. The people there can be okay but it gets loud and busy. The atmosphere does not look that great though. Parking is okay but there's a lot of people who have road rage around there. more

ABC Bowling is a nice place to go bowling with friends. If you are bored than you should call a friend and come to ABC Bowling. There are many lanes at this bowling alley so you never have to wait and it is a lot of fun. This bowling alley also has a snack stand and an arcade. more

Alhambra Bowling Center is a great bowling alley. This bowling center has many lanes and there are usually 5 lanes open. This bowling alley like all the others has bumpers so the children can play. They also have an arcade with some great games. This bowling alley also has a snack stand where you can buy nachos and drinks. more

During the opening hours, 1:00 - 5:00 PM, the price for rental is only $2 and also $2 a game. The place is not crowded during these time even in summer. So if you want to come with a big group of people, this is the time to go. You also get to select balls that would fit you best during this time. The place is well, dirty. They could have done a better job with those balls, the balls themselves feel very greasy and unpleasant to touch. So if you go there, make sure you have with you a bottle of hand sanitizer. Their restroom is also dirty. Good thing is that they allow outside drink, and there's a Quickly next door. more

This is the closest location to go bowling if you live in Monterey Park. This place is quite ghetto. Outside of this bowling place are a bunch of smoke buds, and gum. The cement pavement is quite dirty and not maintained. The bowling alley inside isn't quite clean either. I am just glad they use spray for borrowed shoes. The price is average, but overall not too great. I would suggest going to nearby cities to bowl. This place is only recommended if you're too lazy to drive elsewhere. more
