Went there the first day during business hour, closed without any sign or notice. Then called their phone number, no one answered. Fine. Called next morning ask to make sure their business hour. The guy said 10 to 6. Ok, went there at 2:30 pm, close again! Seriously? What a "great" store! Make enough money so can close whenever they want to? Then I came back and call them again. That same guy picked up the phone and said he went for 30 minutes break. No problem with that, but why didn't tell me about it when I called early that morning? No respect to the customer, bad bad customer service. Should just close forever! I will never ever go there! And I will also tell all of my friends not going to this place. more

Hip Stylists 11/10/2008

You need to schedule an appointment for this place.\r \r It is a beauty school, so the girls providing the services are not professionals, but they are passionate about what they do, so usually, it ends up being okay. A plus, there are lots of young girls, so if you're looking for a hip, in-style hair make-over, they would know exactly what you were looking for. more

This little place is a treasure. Owners are friendly and give great advice on what works. They know their merchandise well! A jewel in the San Gabrel Valley. more

The BEST customer service!!! 2/5/2008

The staff at ABS is just wonderful and the best part about it is that it is family owned and run! It's not often these days to find places like this. They have supplies galore! Everything from baby products to brand new products straight off the runway. Everyone is so knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy. They have a great selection of jewelry at really good prices. Better than I have seen at department stores. Go see for yourself... Pros: Huge Selections Cons: none! more

I was waiting for someone to post about that guy. He should be shot. I wouldn't give him a job if he paid me. Pros: There are much better beauty supply shops in the area. Cons: Bad customer service. more

Worst Service EVER!!! 7/11/2007

Tall guy who is in sales, tries to sell products...basically, if you don't buy any products he will turn into an A.Hole on ya. I have been a customer for 2 years, consistently, and this guy just had a bad day with his kids and decides that he is going to be rude to the customers. He turned his back on me and walked away when I said, "No" to him regarding the purchase of some products. Pros: Parking is good. Cons: Tall guy needs to work on service skills, else he will always be at ABS selling gel. more

The great thing about Alhambra Beauty Supply & Salon is that you can find everything you need for beauty supply right there for one-stop shopping. They have many good items with very reasonable price and employees there are very patient when you have questions about skin care or hair care or anything. They can recommend you what product might best work with your skin and hair condition and their advices are good advices. more
