the BEST! 1/25/2012

I have had a few bad body shop experinces. But alexs auto body made my experiance an easy one. They handled everything for me not only fixed everything to look new, but they even fixed a few other things on the for me that had nothing to do with the accident. They also gave me a lifetime warrenty. They have been in business 30 years, I don't think they are going anywhere. I reccomend anyone to use them. more

Awful People , Dishonest Service 2/17/2010

We were towed into Alex's Auto Body and when we told them we wanted to take our car somewhere else we were presented with a $795 tow bill for 6 miles. Then were told it was our fault and that if we just let them do the work our insurance would have to pay the bill. Our adjuster from GMAC insurance came down to this den of thieves and told them there was no way they would pay it . So I paid cash and got my car out myself and it's getting fixed in an honest shop . Do yourself a favor and steer clear of these thugs ! Cons: We were repeatedly lied to more

    I was in an accident and went to Alex's on recommendation of auto image on 7th and Washington. Needless to say, i was very frazzled from being in an accident among other things. Lena, the receptionist was my savior. She called to get my police report number. Then she called my insurance company to report the claim. The insurance rep kept her in the phone for an hour and a half, which is not normal. The rep was overly rude and if I were calling in, I would have cursed her out myself.

    The car took about two and a half weeks to complete the work since most the parts ordered were OEM. When I picked up the car, it was completely detailed inside and outside. The inside looked completely brand new again. Both Lena and Alex were so nice to me, despite all my phone calls to check in on the car.
