I had shoulder surgery by Dr. Raskin and I was very happy with his diagnosis, treatment and after care. I was very impressed with Regency Surgery Center where I had my Orthopedic surgery. I like the fact that this orthopedic surgeon is very knowledgeable, skilled, and cares for his patients. more
