Worst Business Ever 11/14/2011

I can not even give this company 1 star. I moved to the area and wanted to have my direct tv transfered. My apartment complex only allows them to do the hook up so I was stuck. They charged me for something that direct tv would have not charged me for at all. They made me wait two week and missed 5 of the 6 appointments that were scheduled. They are unreliable, rude and unprofressional. I am going to call direct tv and my management company and complain about the service. I called daily and when I left a message I never recieved a call back.. I had to hound them. Never use them....EVER....They are terrible at what they do! more

Scammed - Worst Service 3/21/2011

Edison Glen Apartment association has some tie up with this company which requires dish-direct TV can only be installed by them. So no other option . During the installation, the guy asked to sign a page verifying that all the equipments are installed and service is working along with contract from Dish TV. The verification turns out to be addtional 500$ termination fees along with 420$ from Dish Network. Makes no sense and it hurt most because This is really unimaginable, somebody telling you that u are siginging that its installation verification , you don;t go in all fine print as you don;t want more
