This is a great spot for both of us. We went more when we lived closer, but we still travel to Northridge now to visit. The food prices are perhaps a touch pricey, but the upscale italian bisrto atmosphere more than makes up for it. It reminds me of the places on ""restaurant row' on Beverly. Lots of great wine, inside or outside eating, fabulous food. I am a fan on the champagne shrimp- my husband adores the veal parm. Appetizers are tasty, and if you still have need or inclination to indulge, they have some great tortes, custards and pasteries for dessert.
Pros: Good food, nice atmosphere, not too casual/formal- just right.
Cons: Can be hard to find- have to look carefully to find it.
