Nancy and Stephanie at Alegra's are the best! They are versatile, creative, innovative and take great pride in helping their customers get the optimum out of their experience in shopping whether it?s bridal, social or business needs. I had printed pieces done with them for my business (business cards and advertising pieces) and couldn?t be more pleased. Their terrific sense of design, thoroughness in making sure that I knew what the options were and what I was being charged for made my experience with them one in a million! And, we had fun! A visit to their store is so pleasant, and they brought a sense of calm to the whole process that my anxiety level went to zero because I knew my precious project was in the hands of real professionals. I have had so many compliments on the beautiful pieces they helped me design and have actually met others in the course of business who have used Alegra?s and been similarly impressed with their quality of service and product. Both ladies go out of their way to gently educate the customer on what to be should be watching for in order to know their responsibilities when making decisions about printing products as well as what the choices are. In subsequent dealings, I have found them to be unfailingly helpful, fair and fun to work with. I wish there were more businesses like Alegra?s. It would make shopping and making those critical decisions a great deal more pleasant. I would recommend Alegra?s to anyone who wants a quality experience in a terrific setting with the best people. I found Alegra's as a bride, but I have continued to use them for the most fabulous party invitations every year. Due to the nature of my business, I have to throw a lot of client parties, and I like to throw anniversary and wedding parties as well. Alegra's has incredible party inviations and it really sets a quality tone for all the professional events that I throw. I get incredible feedback and I really believe my parties are a bigger success because of it. Nancy, the owner, takes such an honest interest in my business, and it really translates. She also handles all my paper and stationary needs. They have a small, personal store that takes an active interest in every customer that walks in. When I was a bride (so many years ago!), I loved them so much that I invited the entire Alegra's crew to my wedding!!! and now, they get invited to my parties. In this day and age, you just don't get the kind of service they give anymore. \r thank you guys at Alegra's for making my invitations so beautiful and so representative of ME! For a shop who says it stand on their heads of their brides it is the worst service I have ever had. The ladies are rude, unprofessional, and WAY overpriced for the quality of their work. I would rather buy invitaitons at Target than give these ladies any business. Cons: Everything about the store more

I ordered koozies as wedding party favors and was completely disappointed. The koozies were supposed to be maroon but came out red. When I called to discuss with Nacy she was polite at first but offered nothing for my dissatisfaction. She did however feel it was necessary to give me advice about how I should have planned better. And when I mentioned that the koozies were overpriced (over $2 per koozie) she told me again that I should have shopped around and not have waited until the last minute. I did not wait until the last minute...the koozies were ordered weeks in advance. In addition, I ordered 150 actual maroon koozies from another place on the Monday before my wedding (which was on Saturday) for 85 cents apiece. I would not recommed doing any business with Alegra's. \r Alegra's was a wonderful experience. As soon as i walked in the door, someone was their to greet me and help me. It was a Saturday, and I didn't even have an appointment! The staff was very patient and friendly. They treated me like I was a part of the family. I will definitely buy my wedding items from them. Pros: Staff, Customized Wedding Items Cons: N/A more

I went to Alegra's to find the perfect wedding invitations for my budget. Stephanie was very helpful and patient! We went through MANY different invitations until we found the perfect one.
