Amazing Agency 11/2/2011

Amazing!!!\r \r I had been insured with another company for several years when I called Tom's office. His staff walked me through State Farm's quotes, and helped me through the entire process of switching. I have been a customer now for 3 years and couldn't be happier. No matter what problem arises I know that I can pick up the phone and call Tom's office and they will help me. It has been great to receive the level of service his office provides. \r \r I would strongly recommend his agency. more

Great insurance agency 11/2/2011

Tom has been my agent for several and I have always been very happy with him and State Farm. I've had a couple of very serious accidents and Tom is always there to help me thru the claims process and make sure everything is taken care of completely. I know when I call the office that they are going to take care of whatever I need. I definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance. more

Best insurance agent 10/19/2011

I've had Tom as an agent for several years and have always been completely happy with him. Tom and the office staff are able to help me with any questions or concerns I may have. I wouldn't have my insurance with any other agent or company. more

Not customer friendly 11/18/2008

I have tried at least 4 different times to contact my car insurance agent for various issues and each time he has not been available. I had to deal with an assistant and the service provided was slow and unwilling to go the extra step for me. As a result I ended up having to pay a lot more for an incident than I should have if this insurance agent would have been more prompt and attentive to my needs as their customer. For how much I pay them for insurance I expected much better than what I have gotten. I would not recommend them to anyone. more
