Aldus Jackson Salon and Spa

This place is incredible a little slice of the city out in the suburbs, they have great experienced stylist and I have always been treated with exceptional service, I moved out here and I could not find a good day spas but al last the hopes were answered so much so that several of my firends ten to be exact now go to Aldus Jackson's as well and they ALL Love it!!! Good: the stylist was a nice person. Bad: my hair was colored too dark for my facial tone, It did not match the photos that i brought in. Also the products were burning on my head. Not satisfied and the owner did nothing to help fix the situation but basically told me to take a hike. I was also told to get used to the color and be a big girl.. Improvements: People with problems with their hair service treated with dignity and proper service to correct the problem. what happened to trying to make the customers happy and therefore giving a good outcome of the experience and therefore I would not be writing this now.. Other: I went to this salon because its supposed to be better? with the mis-treatment that I received after I was dissatisfied and the money that was spent in the process i would have to say don't go there. Try Linda at Rouge hair designs. She is kind , willing to work with you and the salon is also nice.. more

I've been a customer at Aldus Jackson for 2 years. The atmosphere is very nice, and they have a relaxing spa section. They provide a wide range of services including hair styling, haircuts for men and women, coloring, manicures, pedicures, massage, facials, makeup application, and waxing. Their prices are a little high, especially for the area, but it's usually worth it! I recommend stylists Abby and Ally. more
