Aldercrest Auto Rebuild

I had a horrible experience with Aldecrest Auto Rebuild. Had to return my car multiple times to make it fixed right and yet they did not perform the job well. Do not go there. more

Had my car fixed there 2008 honda accord was told by my insurance company 4-5 day repair. Since when does insurance company fix cars? Took my car in and aldercrest stood up for me and was able to fix my car correctly without used parts that insurance company insisted they use. Insurance company original estimate was $2471 when they took car apart aldercrest found additional $2000 damage that insurance company ""missed"" ( if you are an estimator and miss that much damage you should be fired or get an eye exam) repair took 14 days because insurance company could not seem to approve additional damage for 5 days plus a weekend. I know this is true because I called progressive every damn day until they finally said they looked at damage and ok'd repair. Needless to say if I had gone with their conceire program I would not have known new or used parts and if they fixed all the damage or not. I am thankful that lynnwood Honda told me to go to aldercrest auto rebuild as they were up front and honest about everything. In the end I was cool with how long it took because it was perfect and progressive had to pay the bill and the shop even washed and vacuumed the car. I'll go there again as I know they stood up for me. Thanks Aldercrest. Ps did I mention the gal in the office knew her stuff and when they tried to bring me a piece if junk Kia rental she stood up to ins company and got me a 2011 brand new rental car? Not the best place to have your car fix after an accident. the first time we got into an accident next to their shop and they didnt fix our car right away. It seems like they take their sweet time fixing cars. The second time we took our one week mazda after we got rearended and they kept the car for three full weeks and gave it back to us with a non working right tail light, license plate lights not working and the bumper wasnt working properly. IF you have a more reliable body shop and have never been to this one don't even consider it. Go to the one that you already know. They told us the car will be ready that day but we decided to pick it up the next day since we didnt have time before they closed. The next day I have to wait for an extra twenty five minutes since they were still working on the car, rushing it out! I wouldn't got to them again. more

I own a mechanical repair shop in Edmonds and have, unfortunately had an incident or two with my personal vehicles and have taken them to Aldercrest Auto rebuild for repair and have been extremely happy with the quality of workmanship but also thier communication. Recently I sent Dorothy, a customer of my shop, to Alercrest because she scraped the side of her relatively new Toyota. She was almost in tears as she told me how nice she was treated a what a great job they did! I've been a hero to many of my customers by sending them to Aldercrest Auto rebuild. Brought back car one week after repair and was told that the problem was due to ""wear and tear."" Work guarantee is just a gimmick to make you geel good. They do not stand by their shoddy work. more
