well... 1st off... Candice was VERY Nice and respectful! It is the people that dont do things right, that make it all bad. !!!!! If you dont put anything IN writing about your concerns or complaints, then it will not do any good whatsoever!!!! Candice spoke with all parents that they cannot play in the COURT!! she never singled anyone out. Hey, its an Apartment Complex.. NOT A ZOO or PLAYGROUND.. Get off ur Lazy A$$ and watch ur dam kid! dont check on him every .. what u thought was 10 minutes!! STAY Outside with HIm.. !!!!! Lazy a&& People man. killing me.. what are you like 300 pounds!~ dont seem so nice and respectful when ur looking for an apartment, then act like a complete Biatch once and after you hve moved in, while CANDICE did ur asses a favor by moving ur bad credit, debht ass into the apartments anyway! more

My son my husband and myself had moved in under a 6 month lease. Were do I start people would take my laundry out and toss it on the ground. Would call Candice and she would never answer the phone or even call back. My apartment leaked and the bath tub was chipping and cutting my sons feet. They did not fix till 3 weeks before are 6 months were up. Also she is very noise and very rude, she told me that my son who was 6 at the time could not play out side In a COURT mind you with 15 other kids by him self I would check on him every 10 min, Candice told me it was illegal so I called the police department and asked also call the housing authority and they sent her a letter. The next day I had a 30 day notice on my door, FOR DEFENDING MY SON. There is so much more from parking to the smell the apartments complex has. The owner is not any better I asked at one point to speak to her and Candice said she doesn't want to be bothered by you guys, so I could go no higher then the apartment manager who clearly doent do her job. I talked to a lot of the tenants the only reason they stayed was rent was a little cheaper and didn't have the money to move. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Pros: worst place ever Cons: dont do it more
