The Orchard House Museum is a bit off the beaten path, but an excellent destination for those fans of Louisa May Alcott's stories like Little Women. It is here that she lived- in all it's country-like splendor. The museum itself is a small cottage that includes artifacts left over by the family like paintings Louisa's sister did and Civil War memorbilia. An excellent historic jaunt. more
