Hey folks. The reason you can't find Richard Fresquez is that he is trying to disappear. He is trying to duck out of a lawsuit won in 2008 for his inferior, improper roof applied to a property here in Albuquerque. Check his F rating with the BBB. He lies, and owes people money. You better check close before you have him or his son work for you. That is why the poor woman ended up with his old phone number... Poor lady. Prior to calling Richard, we called another guy with a listing in the Quick Quarter - when I asked him if he could come give me an estimate on a small (storage shed) roofing job, the guy said I charge ""X"" an hour & it would take me a week to do the job, but I dont do estimates...??? Right! I called Richard and he was out that afternoon, provided a reasonable est., and even with a bad hip & his truck breaking down the morning of the job he still had got it done in one day!! I have another job for him but unable to locate him - anyone out there who knows how to reach him please post something or ask him to contact the O'Leary/Sanchez job he did in Rio Rancho in January 2010. Pros: Richard is a hardworker and gets the job done! Cons: Cant find a new phone number for him! HELP!! more

showed up on time , cleaned our yard so good it look like they were never there,no loud music and very respectful. did our roof in a timely manner and have had no problems. would highly recommend. Pros: professional,detailed, and precise more

Due to the age of the roof and prior roofing jobs layed on top of each other plus repairs it was a difficult job to remove all roofing material - he did so without an additional charge. The roofing job was finished in a timely manor and met all my expectations. Would recommend Richard to all friends and family. Pros: Made all scheduled appts on time more

Even though Richard had a bad foot - work was done in a timely manner, even though the weather was a factor. A minor problem and a phone call and they were back out to fix it to our satisfaction. Richard returns calls promptly. Pros: Showed up on time more

Told by company would use ""tar"", instead he used plastic cement, unskilled workers that had no idea how to put the stuff along the flashing, hense it cracked and I had a major leak. I had silver paint on patio furniture. Poor unskilled personal doing the actual work while raking in big bucks. So the warrenty is not worth the paper it is wrote on. Cons: people doing work they had no idea how to do more

Horrible contractor that does NOT how to do roofing. According to the court, roof was applied incorrectly, and judgement was againt this contractor. Would NOT reccommend under any circumstances. Cons: Inferior work. Never returns calls and avoids problems when his fault. more

Roof replacement caused leaks and damage. Keeps promising to repair damage caused by leaks, but has never called to follow through. ""It only leaks when it rains..."" Gee... Most likely legal action to follow. Would NOT recommend. more
