Albuquerque Pools & Spas

I have owned 2 properties one with a pool and the other a spa. I have tried several companies & could not get anyone to return a phone call. Finally asked my neighbor who serviced his pool. That's when I called Albuquerque Pools they answered the phone ( no left messages) They showed up on time and completed the job. That was eleven years ago (11 pool openings 11 shut downs) Very happy with the service! George Winters more

They performed a pool inspection on Feb 3, 2010. They missed damaged and missing tile on their inspection. They acknowledged the issue and stated the would replace the tiles; they had to be special ordered...well, it has now been 17 months later and all we seem to get from them is unanswered calls, unreturned messages...when you do chance and get the owner on the phone, heskirts around all the possible reasons why it didn't get done or why he no showed on a scheduled date...Poor customer service...Do not use their services!!! CONSUMER BEWARE! especially if used for pool inspections on new home buyers...They were suppose to finally get done July 6, 2011; no surprise another no show and no call and when trying to call them; no answer and no return call for messages left... more

I called on Wednesday morning to fix my spa. They showed up on time at 1 PM. I had bought a used spa & had hooked it up myself. It ran for about 2 minutes before it started to smoke. I had called someone else to look at it on Monday 6 hours after I left a message they called back. The Guy came out Tuesday afternoon. He took 1 look at it and said that I would have to replace the whole equipment pack at a cost of 856.00 I needed to get a second opinion. My boss recommended Albuquerque Pools & Spas. After spending about 30 minutes looking at it with a test meter, He concluded that it was a switch that burned out & that I did not cause the problem. I spent 144.36 for the labor & switch. That was early October & it is still working great. It took me a while to find a mechanic I trust. I have now found a Spa repair company worthy of my trust. Raymond more

Found them thru Service Magic. Very pleased with the work. They were the only pool service company that showed up in a marked truck & uniform. I will use them next year J.R. Hollings more
