I was really surprised when I read the last review. I have ALWAYS (4 years now) made evening/ weekend appointments. I have NEVER felt at all rushed even when my husband and I were the last ones of the day and were being picky (slow) choosing frames. The office staff is always very friendly. Last year my appointment was 4 weeks after my son was born. There was no problems at all bringing him with me. This year he was a curious one year old and they again were more then happy to let him play in the office while my husband and I had our appointments. The staff even took the time to play with him. There are toys in the corner of the office for when he is a little older as well. I also feel like the staff works with me to make sure i get the most benefit from my insurance plan. I have never felt pressured into buying more then I wanted. more

Rude Office Staff 7/13/2008

Dr. Schnulo was very nice, but the office staff and receptionists were extreamly rude and unhelpful. I quit going there because of them. I work full time and need an evening appointment and they acted put out by this even though their website says that they are open in the evening. They acted like I was stupid because I had trouble putting in my contacts. They would wait at the door and jangle their keys indicating I was holding them up from leaving. And this was at 4:30. Wish I had a job where I got off at 4:30! Lazy people! Its a shame because the doctor was really nice and caring. Pros: Kind doctor Cons: Rude Office Staff, difficult to get an appointment more
