Great deal, great location. The apartments offer a great location for students. The numerous pools are great as well. The staff are always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help me. more

Overpriced and rude staff!! 3/8/2011

Overpriced for a crappy apartment like Albert's college. You can find cheaper apartment away from school. Even if you drive to school you still save money. They don't return the deposit and constantly write rude letters asking if you will renew their lease. Horrible staff, they only are friendly when they need to be. Check the new apartment that is closer to school, is furnished and it looks awesome. The tenants dump their trash in front of their apartment and sometimes you can see rats. Gross!! more

For the same Apt, each tenant gets charge a different amt 2/8/2011

I am so glad that I moved out long ago. I was unhappy that while I paid $1080, while my neighbor paid about $951. Bottom line, when opportunity comes they want to take advantage of students. Now for the same rate, I still close to the university and I got a better room. Also the staff are way more friendly. Sometimes you can tell they get annoyed when you asked them questions. more
