I have been doing business with these folks for close to twenty years and they never disappoint me. I am far from wealthy, but they are always so nice and have worked with me and helped me find something within my budget. No question, they carry the highest quality jewelry in the area, and if that's what you are looking for, this is the place to go, but don't pass them by if you are looking for something lovely, but more modest, because they can and will accommodate your budget. I have always found the staff warm and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable and professional. They treat everyone with respect and you will leave there happy! more

Very Nice Service and Quality 9/14/2008

Sure you could find another diamond or setting and pay less somewhere else, but this place is upfront and quality. The service is impeccable and you can be certain that your diamond like mine is quality and comes GIA certification. I'm more than pleased with the service they gave my fiance, and we will certainly go back for our bands and other purchases! The staff is very nice, and very helpful when you have questions of cleaning and other services. For the other reviews, you can judge a book by its cover! more

Get what you pay for 7/21/2008

Great place to shop. Everyone knows their stuff. It is a higher end shop, but you should feel comfortable that you are getting what you pay for. I experienced excellent service that will bring me back again and again as it has throughout the years. more

A matter of opinion.... 5/8/2008

I had read a previous review of Albert F. Rhodes on the insider pages and almost did not give the business a chance based on what I had read...I would have made a mistake!!! I went in to the store and was greeted with a smile and a most professional staff who were helpful and took a lot of time with me in finding the right engagement ring. I found the perfect diamond at a price that fit my budget and exceeded my expectations...WOW !!! Since my experience at Rhodes I have recommended them to everyone and have heard nothing but good results...so I felt compelled to write a review here to give people another opinion. Don't believe everything you read! Sometimes you just have to judge for yourself, I did and I am so pleased with the outcome. more

Very Snotty Employees 11/7/2005

I went into this store with my boyfriend to look at engagement rings but will not go back. They only carry inventory to accomodate those willing to spend $5,000 or more on an engagement ring. We were looking for something to fit the budget available. I feel like the selection was lacking and the sales people weren't really willing to help us unless we had a large dollar amount to spend. I don't enjoy going in stores where the employees make the customers feel of little importance and I feel like this store conveys that feeling. more
