I bougt a 1970 dodge dart at Albee motors in Islip terace , new york. The car was advertised for $12995. I asked to purchase for $11500. They graciously accepted. The car was advertised as having a rebuilt motor. It did. The car was advertised as having a beautiful paint job and rock solid undercarraige. It did.\r
I had the car delivered to my house.I registered my car in Massachuseets. I went to get a inspection sticker for the car at a place in mass. i have done business in the past. The car would not pass. The manual steering box\r
was connectted to the car inproperly. The pitman arm was broken. I had to order the gear box, the shop will take car of the pitman arm and one other part. I have to wait untill the gear box come in and then have the car fixed for approximately $1000. I asked Al Ferrant at Albee motors to help with the cost of my fixing the vehicle. So far he has refused.\r
I my opinion he should help me pay for the repair.\r
I will write another review after I get the car repaired.
