When I made my appointment, and told them my problem, they seemed to understand and willing to help. I was expecting a more knowledgeable man to visit my home to fix my computer, but I knew more than he did. It was quite disappointing. He was a friendly gentleman, but possibly not in the right field of work. I felt as if they should not have charged me for the call. I called the manager and discussed the problem. He apologized and offered a percent off my next service call. If I didn't get the right service the first time, why would I call them again? The price was not reasonable for having a problem with my monitor. I will choose a different company next time.
