Alaye Air Conditioning, Inc.

Called this Alaye A/C found on internet. Quoted me $75 for service call. Waited 3 hours for tech to come diagnose, said he'd have to come back later. Waited 4 more hours then he worked on it for 3 hours. Nearly $500 later, still no cold air. He went through all the motions like he was working on it but when all was said and done the wires were crossed, the fan was upside down and I was not about to have this guy come back. He shorted out the power supply due to lack of knowledge so had to have unit fixed by another company-I'm lucky he didn't burn out compressor!! Promised to email receipt but never delivered. I think he was trying to burn me by not fixing it the first time then thought I would call them back to diagnose/repair further thus pay more money. Like previous reviewer I was a fool to believe this guy Keith. I don't think he is even licensed to do A/C repairs. more

I had Alaye do my AC and heating and like a fool I believed what they said as far as my warranty. I did get the default manufacturers warranty but Alaye was suppose to purchase an extended warranty for parts and labor for me and did not. Cons: Their word means nothing more
