They lose your paper work and charge you for parts they did not replace. I have all my paper work with me and had another mechanic check under the hood with me to see what real work they did. It is such a scam. more

I have been taking my vehicles to AAC for years. I really miss their Mt. View location, but it's work the drive out Lake Otis for the service they provide.\r \r They make sure you receive any discounts you qualify for. If something doesn't make sense, they explain it. With the relationship that I have built with them over the years, I can safely refer my friends and family to that location.\r \r You can never beat going to a locally owned business. The mechanics who work their are locals also. The provide that level of service, and customer care that I enjoy when I have to make a repair or upkeep investment in my vehicle. more
