Stay as far away from these nutjobs as you can. I answered an ad for a position with this company. The ad seemed a bit vague and odd, but I gave the writer the benefit of the doubt. They called me the next day to schedule an interview. They wanted to do an interview at 6 am before the building was even unlocked. Catherine, the HR person was unwilling to give me any additional details about the job position and again was vague. They wanted to interview me in front of a panel along with all of the other candidates in the room at the same time! Luckily I did an internet search and found this forum going back almost 4 yrs ago. www.indeed. com/...
Do a search on Alaska Structures Forum and you will find 7 pages of issues and concerns over this company.
It appears that this is all about games and control for the owner of the company. Sick and twisted.
They have questionable interview practices, harsh working conditions with a high turn over rate. Their govt. contracts are also at risk of being dropped because of their poor business practices. If you see an ad for a job with this company do not respond. If the ad is on CL flag it. In these tough economic times people looking for work do not need to be toyed with like this.
