Alan's Auto Care saved my butt. I'm a college student and was on the way to my best friends wedding. I don't know much about cars but was told my drive shaft was going bad shortly before I left. I called Alan's shop and asked a bunch of clueless girl questions about my car and told him I needed it fixed in a few hours. He took my car in, (showed me the problem and made sure I knew what he was doing before going to work) put other projects on hold, fixed it up and put me back on the road in time for the wedding. Alan and his wife Traci were very reliable, professional, affordable (for a college budget!) and made me feel at ease. I'm very thankful for their service. more

Way overpriced, charged for work I never agreed to 2/13/2010

Brought my car in that was having starter issues. Long story short, car now starts, but power locks, dome light, and power lumbar no longer work. Also ripped out my aftermarket alarm system without my consent. In addition, there is a parasitic drain on the battery from they shoddy job they did. Now I have to take the car to a better mechanic to have these issues fixed. Stay away. more
