I have a husband who travels on business often. My car went down when he was away and I felt panicked but Michael made me feel comfortable. And he treated me with the utmost respect. After our previous car was totaled, we went to Alan Webb Chevrolet because they matched a incentive that our bank offered with a seperate auto dealer. Also, they were able to find us the exact model, features and color that we were looking for. Our auto agent Heather James was just awsome! She really helped us out and made us feel like valued customers even though we went for the lowest priced model in the Chevrolet lineup. She even came in on her day off to present the car and features and finalize everything! By the way the turbo Sonic with the six speed manual is a fun ride. We will deal with Heather James and Alan Webb Chevy for our future car buying needs. Pros: null Cons: null more

What do most people hate about shopping 5/11/2012

What do most people hate about shopping for a vehicle? You have to deal with devilishly grinning salespeople, wildly inflated sticker prices, ridiculous in-house financing interest rates, and, worst of all, coffee that's been brewing since last Tuesday! None of the above is true about the Alan Webb Chevy dealership. I spent half a day experiencing exactly those things until I ended up at their place. I wish I'd started my journey there. I just bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic LT from this dealership and the whole process was professional and smooth.
