I just wanted to say thank you to Jim Dyer and Bill Welch. Above and Beyond customer service, it all car sale and customer service reps were like this you guys would have ZERO competition in West TN. My first interactions when I called into the dealership were positive and truly led to my coming into the dealership. I had the most pleasant experience at 6/7/2012

I had the most pleasant experience at AVA. I normally dread going to a car dealership because I am bombarded by a swarm of pushy sales people. This was NOT the case at AVA. Mr. William Bond was awesome!!! He listened to what I was searching for and allowed ME to make my own decisions. I was not pressured in any way. I was simply given the features and benefits of each vehicle and allowed to make my own decision on the car I was going to purchase. If you need a new vehicle, new or used, this is the dealership that you want to assist you! more

Very Friendly! 5/30/2012

Salesman Tripp was very friendly. Starting price of the truck I was looking at was a fair price, but I was able to get the price even lower---where I wanted it. Given a free first oil-change. Little things really do make a difference. more

Excellent Experience! 5/30/2012

It was an excellent experience from the time I got out of my van until I drove off in a new Town and Country Limited. Adrian was friendly and VERY helpful and patient with me. I feel that I got a fair price and excellent customer care. He went over all the control and even set up my navigation system and bluetooth. I would recommend him as the ""SALESMAN TO WORK WITH"". This is my third Town and Country. more

It also has a large variety of Pre-Owned vehicles on the lot. Alan Vines Automotive has an in-house finance department that offers a wide variety of financing options. The dealership  features a fully-qualified service department that handles all concerns from routine maintainence and warranty work to full-service repairs.
