i would not use this attorney due to the fact a yacht which i owned was illegally taken by his client and illegally sold at auction. i am out 175,000 the man who bought boat as of today is out 71,000. in my opinion any attorney which does not understand the law he was hired for would not represent me in any way. As of today 6-6-07 -over ten law enforcment agencies in florida have come out to say the taking of the vessel by alan ecksteins client was grand theft. Alan eckstein knew his client commited a grand theft and still ignored it. After him and his client illegally sold boat and had to refund money because coast guard documantation center(people who do the transfers of ownership on documented vessels) told him without a court order it wasnt legal. McCarthy from jacksonville florida was the buyer who was lied to by eckstein and his client ocean key resort was told after he wired the money to eckstein to quickly get paperwork in to transfer boat because the old owner is starting to raise hell. This is a crime and one an attorney knew about and allowed to happen. I sure as hell wouldnt use eckstein to represent my dog.
