Arrived on the evening of Feb. 13th. The desk lady immediately came over to the kiosk to help us with our reservation. Thank you. 30 days later we returned and was greated to help us make sure nothing was left in the van. Quick on both ends. The van was great. ThANK you. more

Reserved a full-size car (like a Fusion) but had a choice of several VW's, a Sonata, or mini-vans. Took largest, the Sonata which ended-up with over 35,000 mi and very Basic--cheap. I wasn't too impressed after ordering it in advance. On the Web-site I used--there was no place to enter my Alamo member number. I rent lots of cars but will probably not use Alamo again--in Hawaii. I was disappointed when I was told I would hv=ave to pay $13.00 per day for my partner to drive, simply because we were using my credit card.\r I had Budget on maui and they did not charge anything extra for my partner. I was not happy with the attitude in Oahu. more

Don't drive far from this agency because you might have to return the car. I signed up to rent a full size vehicle from this site. I had two choices, a volkswagen with no trunk or a Chrysler. I thought the Chrysler would be good. However, it's handling was unstable and the brakes were not responsive. The car itself, obviously had not been run through any kind of cleanliness check either. Rating would be 1 star if I want to be gracious.\r more

Great experience! Brand new Toyota Corolla with less than 4000 miles. Liked the car so much, i'm thinking about getting one. Staff was friendly, quick and no pressure to add on any extra fees. Got a great deal, especially for Hawaii. Very happy. more

Don't rent from this branch 12/15/2009

This particular branch of Alamo gave me incorrect information about billing, charges, and payment every single time I spoke to them. My rental was for 3 months and I was going to extend it for a total of 8 months. Instead I returned it early. Cons: terrible customer service more
