I am a landscape project designer with 9 years of experience and have worked in landscape installation and maintenance for multiple years. I purchased 8 shrubs types of plants from Alameda Wholesale Nursery during the spring break period of '10 and planted them that same day. Of the 8 shrubs, only one ever showed signs of life and it is now doing well. I have been in contact with Alameda Wholesale Nursery and they will not work with me to replace these 7 shrubs when in total i spent close to $450. I phoned them Saturday about 4 months later and they told me they would look at their stock and get back to me, I never heard back from them until I called them. That is bad customer service by itself. As a result I will be telling any landscape contractor I work with about this experience. Cons: Customer Service more
