Terrible Office Staff but Great Doctor 6/4/2012

Dr. Alam is very knowledgeable and kind. He takes time to answer questions. It's unfortunate that he employs such unprofessional staff to man his front desk and phones. I was told literally "I don't know what to tell you." on my answering machine regarding a change in insurance. I was told they took a certain insurance and showed up for the appointment and was told differently. My ID and insurance card were left on the photocopier during another visit. Nobody ever answers the phone and it goes directly to voice mail. They call you back 2 days later. So if you have urgent issues, you are going to wait a while. I'm going to another doctor because I can't deal with his horrible staff. more
