EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES!!!! AVOID!\r Needed a 2 inch section of ½ inch copper pipe replaced on the hose bib on the outside of my house. It took them 10 minutes of labor and I got charged $205. That’s after my $10 off coupon. That works out to over $1200 an hour for their work. Even if you don’t like their quoted price, you’ll still get charged $79 for them to come out…basically extortion. These guys are crooks, and although their work is good, I highly recommend that you avoid them and shop around.\r more

What would you think of a plumbing company that sells its water loss clients to the highest bidder? They get paid 800 dollars to refer a particular company. The company then comes in and in most cases escalates the issue to justify over inflated bills that are then rejected by the insurance company. The clients and insurance company are then introduced to the water loss companies lawyers and they move on to the next victim\r We are currently looking into what if any laws are being violated.. more

I actually had a man who lived a block a way that use to work for this company and i always could rely on him to fix my leaks or clogs whenever i needed him! Even when he was off duty! And he'd do it for free and could tell me what the problem was and fix it before i could finish what i was saying! too bad he didnt work there anymore! That guy really made they're business! But if all they're employees are like that then i'm sure they're still good! more
