Stephanie is great at customer service and follow up. The owner's son however is .... I was required to drive 4 hours to sign an application for insurance (they refuse to do anything via fax or email) and upon arrival ran in and back to the restroom. The owner's son (who had not bothered to get up to greet me as a customer) got up and followed me back to berate me over the fact that there was no public restroom. I stated I had just driven 4 hours and went in anyway. Afterwards as I waited in the lobby with my kids, (note I had to wait to sign an application even though they knew I was coming and knew I was driving four hours) the owner's son once again came out of his office not to help me as a customer but to bark at my kids running around stating "this is an office not a daycare" This place should be avoided, there are plenty of good insurance agents out there and this is not one. more

It is now 2:25 and I can't get anyone to even answer the phone. I guess If you want cheap insurance you have to deal with cheap help. more

Alabama Insurers 8/27/2005

Although they offer cheap rates, the staff is not very friendly, when you call for a quote, you have to make sure that they saved your quote in their system , after I got a quote over the phone, i went there, and they didn't have it on their computers!! Pros: Cheap Cons: not very friendly more
