Horrible Customer Service 3/24/2011

I ordered bedroom furniture, was never given a contract to sign on the return policy. 4-6 weeks for delivery. Changed my mind before furniture was even ordered and they still wouldn't return my purchase. Never again will I shop there. I don't care what types of pricing they have, I'd rather go straight to designer and pay full price and get respectable individuals than deal with dirty customer service. more
