Well we are going on a month now without a dryer. The reason is this company has misdiagnosed our problem 3 times now! After every misdiagnoses we have to wait a week before the next part comes in. Well so far they have replaced the start stop button, Motor and Timer. After the timer was replaced this was suppose to fix the problem, but it didn't and now going on almost a month and waiting another week they are suppose to be bringing in another motor, because they said the one they put in was bad! Well this is just plain rediculuous and on top of that I wouldn't even be dealing with this company except the home warranty place uses them so we are stuck with this lousy service. How many times and mis-diagnoses are we going to go through? Guess we will see after today because they are suppose to be here again. This is just pathetic and I would in no way shape or form recommend this company to anyone here in town. This may not be deemed an emergency but my wife having to use a laundrymat for a month now is just plain crazy. Fingers crossed it gets fixed today, but i'm not holding my breath.
