Terrific Experience 4/10/2011

I have nothing but good things to say about Al & Ed's Riverside location. The owner, Jason Brett, is incredibly knowledgeable and also very friendly. I had tons of questions before the install and he patiently answered all of them thoroughly. I have had several aftermarket car stereos installed over the years and the quality and cleanliness of this install was better than I have ever experienced. In addition to all of this, Jason gave me the best prices on the JL Audio equipment (Stealthbox sub and amp) that I could find (and I had done an extensive internet search first). If I ever need any other work done I will be heading back to these guys. more

Better than most 1/18/2010

Was in the area visiting a friend. Noticed a sale, and went in not expecting to buy. They were more helpful than any other place I've been. My new radio sounds great. The personal service was awesome and is what I expect but hardly ever get anywhere else. Thanks guys. Pros: Really helpful more

Great Customer Service 6/7/2008

We are very satisfied customers. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable. We told them what we were looking for and they showed us a couple of different units. We wanted something that had navigation, bluetooth, ipod, and also keep our xm radio, plus work with the existing DVD player. We were concerned about taking out the original stereo, we were not sure what the new stereo would look like. Would it be too much.... But no, we love the new stereo unit, it fit perfect and it does everything that we wanted. Pros: The Service was great. Cons: Don't have anything bad to say. more

Great customer service and prices! 11/24/2006

I got my car totally hooked up here. My saturn didn't have a CD player so I got one installed, as well as an entirely new sound system. My tunes were AWESOME afterwards, and it was under a thousand dollars for everything. I'm not sure about putting in DVD screens or anything like that, but if I were to do that, I'd do it here. more

One of the categories Al and Ed’s are really focused on is integration. Whether it is OEM Integration (integrating with your factory audio or video system) or iPod/MP3 Integration, (interfacing your iPod/MP3 so you can play it thru OEM or aftermarket systems). If we do not have it, it probably doesn't exist.
