Jay (an owner) said they were the installers of the iPod connecter for my Porsche 911 at the dealer. I had paid almost $900 at that time. The connector to my iPod wasn't working right the system was. He said let me look for the replacement cable & asked to leave it with him. They claimed they coudn't find the replacement & then they said they LOST MY OWN CABLE! He kept on writing in emails that he would do the right thing & of course, you guessed it, he did not. He refused to admit negligence & said the system was the problem. He then tried to sell me an expensive system. I went directly to the manufacturer in Europe where they had a replacement cable. Amazing in this day where someone can freely write in Yelp about their lousy experience, yet they still get treated so poorly. Perhaps they planned to get me to spend thousands that I didn't have to.
