Great Furnace Repair Experience 1/13/2015

Mike was exceptional during his time taking care of our furnace issue. He was very respectful of our home, he did a great job explaining his findings on what was wrong with the furnace and he even provided some great information on an air purifier system. I highly recommend Aksarben's home service plan and especially Mike as a technician. Whenever we have future HVAC service needs in the future we will use Aksarben and request Mike as our serviceman. more

Aksarben - ARS Mike M. 10/4/2013

Mike M. was on time. He assessed the problems I showed him, and explained repair and pricing options. He helped me save money! He fixed 2 out of 3 problems, and we agreed on an interim fix for the 3rd one. When the temporary fix didn't hold, he followed up promptly and I'm confident it will be resolved today, even though Mike M. had to hand it off to another technician (who is also doing a great job). Will definitely call Aksarben and Mike M. again. more

Best Plumber Contractor Ever 9/13/2013

I have been a home owner for forty five years. I have had my share of the usual home maintenance issues. A few days ago another plumbing company told me they would have to knock a hole in my shower wall to fix the valve in my tub/shower. Imagine the expense to patch/match tiles. I called Aksarben and Mike M was the plumber sent. He looked at the problem and told me how much it would be to change out the valve. No, he did not need to knock down any wall. He worked fast, was efficient, and personable. Aksarben has a new customer - ME. more
