I used to be a customer many years ago when the shop was on Nolensville Road. I sold my BMW Z3 and got out of touch with them. I recently went to the BMW dealer at 100 Oaks to see about some repairs on my wifes vehicle and got sticker shock on their repair pricing. I remembered that Allen had moved to Brentwood and I'm glad I did. They did all that was promised and at the price quoted. They also alerted me to another issue with my battery. Great job on fixing the wife's 535I. Looking forward to seeing you guys again! more

Good experience 9/20/2011

I had to wait quite a while for them to diagnose and fix the car problem, but the staff kept me updated each step of the way, and was able to get the necessary part the same day. For those who choose to wait for their car to be repaired, there's a really nice waiting room with comfy couches and free wifi. Even though we live fairly far away, this is still our first choice shop, they're that good, and that friendly. more

these guys know what they are doing !! BMWs need special alignments, unlike the other places that just put the car on a rack and do it. more
