I have been going to Akim's Tailoring for many years now and have always been very satisfied with their professional work, prompt service, and their honesty. I have taken many of my gowns there to be altered and they always came out to be the way I wanted them to be, perfect! I would definitely recommend Akim's to all my friends and everyone I know. My whole family goes there and we never had any issues with their service or workmanship. more

AWFUL JOB 10/25/2011

I sent one of my bridesmaids here figuring they would do a great job. They did the opposite of that, and charged her a crazy amount of money. They told her they would take in the straps and when they did they went to far...At that point it is not cutting off circulation...and they refuse to fix the dress unless she paid more money. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION VERY POOR SKILLS AWFUL JOB!!!!! more
