I had an unpleasant experience with the management which seems to be overconfident and uninterested in providing good customer service (and rather rude). I got food catered for a private party and they sent us inadequate quantity of food. We have had Indian food catered many times in the past from similar restaurants. Even though the food quality was fair, the quantity we got this time was half of what we would usually get! \r When we contacted them about this, they said that we were wrong! They kept insisting that this was adequate food, they had a lot of experience doing this and we were over-reacting! We ended up curbing our appetite and managing somehow. When we called them again to give them feedback the management seemed uninterested.
